Location was great. The lakeshore is beautiful so it was great to be so handy to it. House is lovely with the upstairs loungeroom taking full advantage of the view.

Nice close to stay for a family member funeral she was very helpful and accommodating.

Delightful property in a great location. We loved the great cafes and easy river walks at our doorstep. A really short drive to the beach too (which we also walked to). The upstairs balcony and family space had great water views and was perfect for curling up with a good book. The house has lots of elements that make it feel warm and welcoming and we appreciated the well equipped kitchen and the amazingly comfortable quality beds. We would definitely stay again.

Location
Pigeons nesting in roof outside 3rd bedroom - very noisy. Bird excrement on rails upstairs. No blinds upstairs in TV room - no privacy and too much light for TV. Several new and personal items left in property and disposed of immediately without any attempt to contact renter to pick up.
