Amazing place! In the heart of Florentine. Close to all the bars, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need. 15 minutes walk from the beach or 5 minutes on bikes. The shared spaces are incredible- spacious, comfortable. Well equipped kitchen, nice balcony and hangout area. WiFi is strong. We had such a pleasant time here that we spent most of our time in the greenhouse rather than outside. The staff is amazing! Chill, helpful. The bed is comfortable clean and the showers are great. We liked it so much that we decided to extend our stay. Will definitely stay here again when in Tel Aviv!

- First of all, the villa is amazing and has a great vibe to it
The place was easy to find due to good instructions from the owner.
- The place is very beautiful and has a great theme and look :)
- The room itself was quite small but it was to our expectations that it would be
- We enjoyed the atmosphere very much and the room had everything we needed, including a spacious shower, and a nice bedroom upstairs with a beautiful ceiling window which we could see the sky from .
- Also they supplied us with everything we needed such as towels and soaps.
- The shared kitchen was available to all residents of the premise and had everything you need to cook a meal or prepare something for yourself, and you could put anything you wanted in the fridge and no one would touch it, which was great.
- Other reviews had stated that the walls were thin but we did not encounter such issues in our time.
- The place also had a sauna and a pool (very cold but we still enjoyed it) and a cute balcony.
- Everything in the room was great except for when we saw that there was an ant army marching up the wall which did not concern us at first but when we woke up the next morning we saw the ant army all up on our bedside table where we had left an opened bag of haribo candy :(
Also when we went up to the bed at first there were dead (and live) spiders and ants all over the mattress.
- The mattress was also a bit hard to sleep on but it was ok
- And as a few other reviews had stated, more hooks for your towels would be greatly appreciated.

À lot of noise, the rooms are not soundproofed at all, the mattress is very hard, no daylight in the room, water leak in the room
