You can clearly see that a lot of money and effort has been invested in this property. Everything is new, the location is beautiful, and the view is absolutely amazing. The road leading there is also wonderful and makes the whole experience even more special.
When we arrived, we were welcomed by two lovely ladies — one at reception and one at the restaurant — who spoke English and were extremely kind and helpful. Everything went perfectly.
The property has great potential and, once everything is completed, I believe it can become a truly wonderful place to stay.
Unfortunately, the experience changed the following morning when the staff shift changed. The employees on duty had great difficulty understanding English, which made even simple requests quite complicated. Our breakfast order was incorrect, and although a young lady who spoke English eventually came to help, communication remained quite difficult.
The swimming pool was also disappointing. The water did not look clean and was far too cold to use, even though we stayed there in August.
Considering the significant investment made in this property, I believe more attention should be paid to staff selection and training. In tourism, especially when welcoming international guests, having employees who can communicate at least in basic English makes a huge difference. It is a shame, because the property itself, the location and the view have so much potential.

Very nice mountain location with a gorgeous view on the lake. A recent structure, clean and friendly staff. A good place to escape hottest summer days. Private parking.

Essentiellement la vue exceptionnelle sur le lac Ohrid entre deux montagnes.
Nous devions avoir un balcon, la personne de la réception nous a prétendu que c’était une erreur de photo sur le site booking… bref… la chambre était propre mais les parties communes laissent fortement à désirer. Le personnel fait ce qu’il peut mais on le sent désabusé. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas formidable pas plus que la restauration et le service est très lent. Le 1er village Vevcani est très difficilement accessible (très petite route extrêmement pentue) qu’il n’est guère envisageable d’y aller pour les repas. Nous sommes restés 3 nuits et personne n’est passé faire la chambre ni même vider la poubelle alors qu’il est demandé de ne pas jeter le papier dans les wc. Le wifi n’est fonctionnel que collés à la réception. Et gros point noir, des familles avec de nombreux enfants venant juste prendre un verre ou un repas restent des heures pour accéder à la (petite) piscine qui devient alors juste intenable tant à cause du bruit que des éclaboussures. Nous avons de surcroît été gratifiés d’un chantier terrasse (scie, perceuse et soudure) en pleine saison !
