Central heating and cooling throughout the house. -- GENERAL INFORMATION -- You will have access to the entire house, except for a few storage closets and garage cabinets that are locked off for the owner’s belongings and supplies. Please note that the pool closes October 31st to April 1st and the hot tub closes January 1st to sometime between mid to late February. Also, the heat pump on the hot tub doesn’t work very well when its below 45 degrees in the winter. In an effort to protect our property and our guests, security cameras are at entrance doors only. We personally own and manage this home and take great pride in keeping it in top condition for our guests. It is very important to us that our home and our neighbors are treated with respect. While this is a great house for entertaining, it is not a “party house”. We do not allow big parties, weddings, or large gatherings beyond the quantity of people in the booking without owner approval at the time of booking. Quiet times, per community ordinances, are 10pm- 8am and are strictly enforced. We do however want and expect you to have a great time and a memorable experience. Minimum rental age is 30 and must stay at the property the entire duration of the booking. Proof of age is required. No pets allowed of any kind. No smoking allowed of any kind inside the house or on the balconies, however if smoking is necessary, smoking is allowed in front of or behind the parking carport. Cigarette butts must be picked up and placed into the garbage can. There is plenty of parking. 5 parking spots total with additional parking in a nearby spillover lot on a first come first serve basis. Linens, towels, hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner are all provided. A starter supply of consumables is also provided.
