Designed for easy vacation days and relaxed evenings together, this two-bedroom coastal escape makes a lovely home base for a family or small group ready to experience all that Wells — and the towns beyond — have to offer.

Inside, sunlight fills the comfortable living spaces, creating an easy place to settle in after a morning at the beach or an afternoon exploring the coast. The primary bedroom features a king bed and its own covered Juliet balcony — a sweet little spot to step outside with your morning coffee and breathe in the Maine air. The second bedroom brings a playful touch of the coast indoors with two twin beds and cheerful fish-inspired details. Traveling as two couples? The twins can be converted into a king upon request.

A full bathroom connects conveniently to both the primary bedroom and hallway, while the fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need for slow breakfasts, beach-day lunches, or an easy dinner at home. There’s also a queen sleeper sofa available upon request, allowing the home to accommodate up to six guests.

When the day winds down, take dinner outside to the covered deck, fire up the gas grill, and enjoy an evening at your own pace. Or grab your towel and wander over to the community’s Dream Club, where a saltwater pool invites you to cool off after a sunny day. The clubhouse also offers a game room and fitness center, giving everyone a little something to enjoy without ever having to venture far.

Of course, part of the fun of staying in Wells is just how much is waiting beyond the community. Spend your days with your toes in the sand at Wells Beach, challenge the family to a round at Wonder Mountain Fun Park, or make the very important vacation decision of which flavor to order at Scoop Deck. Congdon’s After Dark is nearby for an easy evening out, while Billy’s Chowder House and Batson River are perfect stops when you're craving a taste of the local scene.

And when you're ready to explore a little farther, the boutiques, restaurants, beaches, and coastal charm of Ogunquit and Kennebunk are only a short drive away, with York Beach waiting just down the coast.
