We had a great stay overall. The unit was very clean. The beds were especially comfortable, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring Seattle.There was some minor wear and tear on the walls and carpet, but nothing that affected our stay. The space was otherwise very nice and exactly as described. It’s three floors, and the stairways are steep. No problem for our group. The host was communicative, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process, which we really appreciated. A nice bonus was Ana’s Cafe across the street, which was perfect for grabbing a quick breakfast and coffee before heading out for the day. We also enjoyed the rooftop deck, where we were treated to a beautiful view of Mount Rainier.We would happily stay here again and would recommend it to others visiting Seattle.

Nice house, parking is always a bit of a challenge in Seattle and the on-site space is for a small car.

The host was very responsive. The place seemed that it could've been better maintained to some degree. There were cabinet doors that were broken in the kitchen, a window shade in one of the bedrooms was broken on the bottom and wouldn't stayed down all the way, a towel bar in the bathroom was not attached to the wall on one side, to the point of I didn't feel comfortable using it in fear it would fall off, a light bulb was burned out in one of the bathrooms. A lot of little things, but things that seem simple to fix to make it look nicer. The main thing that was wrong that didn't make the stay great was that the heat was broken and the supplied portable heaters were not adequate to maintain heat on the living space on the main floor.
