Also nearby, you can visit the Marine Science Center, Ponce De Leon Inlet Lighthouse & Museum, Congo River Golf, and Daytona Beach Bandshell. Find an open floor plan layout inside this cheerful and colorful condo. Lounging will come easy on the soft sofas in front of the large TV. Cook amongst the ample meal prep space in the well-equipped kitchen and serve your culinary creations at the breakfast bar, dining table, or alfresco on the sun-drenched, ocean-view patio. The true showstopper of your retreat: start your mornings with a walk to the beach, watching the sunrise. Then step out the back door to take in the views of Ponce Preserve from the third-floor deck. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning. Need just two weeks? Don't overlook this unit! Its nightly rate brings the overall 28-day rental cost in line with weekly rental units! With its location, flexible dates, and comparable cost, it stands out as an exceptional two-week option! Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. Streaming services are available with guests’ own account(s). Elevators are not available. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This vacation rental requires a minimum stay of 28 nights per Ponce Inlet City regulations. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 3. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
