Biaggio! He was an incredible host. He was genuinely friendly and made sure we were comfortable in every way possible. He gave us croissants and coffee when we had early morning activities. He was helpful and spot on with food recommendations and generally steered us in the right direction. He was a super hotel manager.

Location was perfect in a lovely part of Naples. Plenty of restaurants/ shops / bars
Great area to stay
Rooms are just what you need, very spacious / great shower / air con fantastic….Biagio is so nice and you couldn’t wish for a better host.

The host was fantastic, very helpful. Hotel situated in a very nice area, handy for lots of restaurants. Rooms were nice size and well presented.
The choice for breakfast was very limited, and hot water took a long time to heat up.
