Идеальное расположение, в одну сторону 5 минут и ты в историческом и старом Неаполе , в другую сторону 5 минут и ты в центре Кьяйи, очень чистом, современном и красивенном районе Неаполя! В третью сторону и ты на набережной и у замка! Персонал всегда на связи и очень вежливый! Организовали такси в аэропорт, по прибытию в апартаменты уточнили время моего приезда, и встретили у ворот! Все очень вежливо и гостеприимно! По приезду в номере есть всякие вкусняшки и вода! Очень добротные апартаменты!
Не было тапочек, хотя в описании , сказано, что они есть, но возможно их нужно было попросить ! И были старые банные полотенца, серые и застиранные! В остальном без претензий !

The hotel is situated in the perfect place. Transport was very easy. A 10 minute walk to the metro. The hosts were very friendly and full of advice and suggestions of places to visit. The air conditioning was a godsend. The room was very clean and was kept that way. Cleaned every morning. Luciano met us on the first day and suggested many great places to visit, explained the transport and even gave us a map to help. Rosa was very kind and even called a taxi for us on the last day.

Staff super friendly and helpful. Great location. Historical mansion, fully renovated, with lovely old, thick walls.
The free WiFi was there, but the available bandwidth allowed only to check text email---basically, it was not existent. The thick wall prevented the mobile from accessing the mobile network :-(.
