Very convenient to the train station. We had 5 people in our group and the rooms accommodated us well. We had use of a kitchen and washing machine which we didn't know were part of the rental. The host met us when we arrived and provided keys and checked to make sure the room was clean an ready.

It is a huge apartment with several bedrooms. Our room includes private bathroom on the corridor. Shared Living room and fully-equipped kitchen with Laundry machine. We were lucky that we were the only guests during our stay, so the entire apartment is all ours, but I am not sure if I would feel as comfy if all the other bedrooms were occupied.
Location is a bit tricky. About 10mins walk from Centrale/Galibardi station, which is very convenient, but this 10-mins walk journey is not as pleasant as the neighbourhood is full of immigrants and you might not feel comfy.
The actual room provided does not have a balcony even though it was mentioned in the room description. The guy who showed up to give us the keys speaks little English so not very easy to communicate even though he is a nice person.

The room and the entire place was clean and newly renovated. The bathroom is extern but it was just for us, because we received a key for that. A bit trouble every time to open and close the bathroom, especially if you need to use it during the night, but it was mentioned when I booked and I think it has to do with the structure of the building. Thank you very much to the owners!
The location I didn't find it that safe, but for that nobody is guilty, because the whole area near train station is a bit unsafe. The train station is really close so that's convenient.
