地點好。離2個地鐵站很近，而且在塗鴉巷弄街區裡，附近有超市，假日有市集。
房源大片窗戶採光明亮，用餐時可以看熙來人往街景。
透過電視提供音樂和影片。
廚房設備雖無烤箱但簡單烹調還是夠用，烹調設備油鹽醋都有算是齊備好用。
浴室有洗衣機很方便。
大金空調很讚。
盥洗用品和衛生紙給太少，跟房東反應請求盡速提供，每天催卻等到第3天才補上，只好先去買來應急。
廁所空間有些窘迫，尤其是身形較胖的人。
淋浴玻璃隔間只有一半，沐浴時水會噴濺弄濕地板造成積水。

Situation dans un quartier typiquement parisien non très touristique. Calme. Tout près de 2 stations de métro. Un départ tardif nous a été autorisé pour un 2 heures additionnelles. Il y a marché près du métro quelques jours dans la semaine.
Cuisine un peu sous-équipée. Peu de vaisselle. Il faudrait ajouter une planche à découper et quelques linges de cuisine additionnels.

Would stay here again. Property was exactly how the pictures showed it. Clean and lots of great natural light. Received all the information prior to our check-in which made arrival very easy. The neighborhood felt safe, grocery stores and metro close by and lots of good food options.
The pillows were very flat. Wish we had pillows with more fill. Received message there were baggage storage locations close by but they were not available when we needed it.

Very convenient location, next to the metro, a lot of cafes, 20 minute walk to the Panteon or Luxembourg Gardens, and not overpriced like in the center. We also appreciate that the host took care of basic kitchen needs - oil, tea, coffee. The apartment was just fine for a family of 4. Washing machine. Fully automated access, simple instructions.
Creaky floors in the apartment upstairs bothered us, but not too much ) Adding some hangers in the bathroom won't hurt - there are none to hang a towel on. Cleaning can be improved - a lot of dust under beds. The children had difficulties locking the door of the bathroom - the lock is not easy.
