Appartment is on the 14th floor of the Rubis tower, which gives you a bit of a view. There are two small-ish bedrooms with double beds and a large living with an extensible sofa, which gives you a third double bed. Big smart TV, kitchen area with fridge, microwave, oven, big dining table.
Near metro stations (lines 5, 6 and 7). Below there is a shopping mall. If you go out and to the right, just a street away there is a very nice place to get the morning croissant (Le Grenier à Pain).
Keys will be handed by a very nice lady, she only speaks French. Entry and meeting point at the car park entry on Avenue D'Italie 36-40.
There is a late arrival fee, we paid 30 euros for arrival at 23:00.
For three persons and one week, besides one big towel each, we only got a shared small towel for hands. Only two toilet papers and just a bit of leftover hand soap. No shower gel, no hair drier. We had to buy small towels, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel.
There is no AC, just two fans, so beware of hot weeks.
Windows are old (metal frame, side-sliding). Noise street is decent due to the high floor, was able to sleep with windows open.
Not a lot of storage space, just a cabinet in one of the bedrooms, the other one only has a desk.

O Apartamento é grande e muito bem localizado. A anfitriã simpática. Foi uma ótima estadia.
Os ventiladores não estavam funcionando bem. E o calor no apartamento atrapalhou nossa estadia.
