Facilitat d'accès i comunicació amb el propietari, sempre disposat a parlar i ajudar. L'habitació molt espaiosa. Bona ubicació. Detalls molt ben cuidats. S'han respectat les normes del bloc.
La desproporció de mides en el pis i poques sortides a l'exterior. Entenc que és l'espai disponible i tot lo possiblement aprofitat, però en la distribució una cuina en un armari i una taula cara a la paret per menjar... Per a estades curtes és genial. Per a llargues estades, les zones de menjador i cuina queden massa petites. Tot i això, tot molt còmode i agradable.
