Super miejsce - wygodny parking, meldunek online przez QR kod, bardzo nowocześnie i bezproblemowo. Pokoje bardzo wygodne i czyste. W związku z nagłą sytuacją poprosiłam o dostawkę łóżka w ostatniej chwili, na co właściciel zgodził się bez problemu. Kontakt z obsługą był wprost idealny - szybko i profesjonalnie. Do tego piękne lobby. Szkoda, że SPA jest czynne tylko w dzień i płatne. Gdyby kosztowało połowę tej ceny to byłby raj!
Tylko cena SPA - trochę wysoka za jednorazową wizytę. Ale nie wpływa to na ogólną ocenę.

EL hotel es moderno y está ubicado en un entorno sin encanto alguno, junto a una carretera a pocos kilómetros de Plovdiv. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas y están bien equipadas. Reservamos habitaciones triples y nos alojaron en estudios con dos habitaciones (doble y sencilla) independientes. El personal de recepción es eficiente y trata de ayudar. El parking es grande. El spa está bien, no es grande pero sirve muy bien para relajarse.
El hotel se publicita como "digital" y cae en el error habitual en esos casos: el personal ha sido reducido al máximo. Como resultado, nos quedamos una noche a cenar y la experiencia fue nefasta. Dos horas de espera debido a que había una sola camarera (que estaba desbordada sin tener culpa alguna) e imagino que un solo cocinero/cocinera (igualmente desbordado e igualmente sin culpa). Una decisión muy equivocada por parte de la gerencia/propietario si lo que buscan es dar un buen servicio. Por tanto, mi recomendación es usar el hotel exclusivamente para dormir. Y tener en cuenta que no hay bares/restaurantes cerca.

Abbiamo prenotato la struttura perchè ci serviva un posto con un buon servizio wifi in città e il wifi ha effettivamente funzionato senza problemi. Comodo anche il parcheggio e il ristorante per cui una volta arrivati (e soprattutto se si arriva tardi) non ci si deve spostare per andare a mangiare.
La struttura è in un'area di palazzi e cemento e anche la piscina e la parte intorno è tutta di cemento e molto piccola. Nella nostra stanza l'aria condizionata ha avuto un problema e non è stato possibile ne spegnerla ne alzarla durante la notte per cui abbiamo sofferto freddo e disagio svegliandoci con raffreddore etc. Non c'era nessuno alla reception per come è concepito il servizio e l'automazione delle procedure ma questo appunto per il nostro disagio è stato un problema. La mattina lo abbiamo detto alla reception e ci sono state sì delle scuse ma nessun tentativo di ripagare il disagio in altro modo (offrire qualche servizio aggiuntivo o concederci uno sconto per il disagio, appunto).
