The clean comfort apartment in the very convenient place in the centre of the city. The facilities include an air conditioner, a hair dryer, a microwave and wi-fi (those ones which were important for me). The kettle, the microwave and the tableware are new and clean too. It should be mentioned that the flat is insulated outside, so it will be warm in winter.
The contactless check-in is the advantage as well.
It didn't bother me personally, but it may be quite noisy outside, because the flat is located closely to a street.

Having got the travel experience, this is the best flat I've ever stayed. It is _clean_ and tidy (however, we saw a cockroach at the first time we stayed there almost a year ago, but not during my other visits. This is the first floor btw). The refurbishment is new, including the toilet and the kitchen. A shampoo and a dental cleaning kit are provided too. The tableware is _clean_ and new too. The bed linen are clean and whole, the blanket is warm (I like warm).
The host is friendly and available to connect. The contactless check-in and check-out are appreciated.

Удобное бесконтактное заселение, было чисто, был минимальный набор нужных вещей: полотенца, столовые приборы, зубные принадлежности, чай, шампунь, фен, утюг, стиральная машина.
Хозяйка всегда была на связи, открыта и дружелюбна.
Довольно удобная кровать и наличие кондиционера.
Стабильный хороший интернет!
Когда мы приехали стояла сильная влажность, всё было слегка сырым. Коврик в ванной вообще не сох, мы его постирали заново и сушили 2 дня. В ванной комнате есть плесень на шторах и потолке из-за плохой вентиляции (предупредила хозяйку об этом тоже). Мы на след день постарались максимально высушить помещение. Так же 2 из 3 дней отсутствовала горячая вода (не вина хозяйки, но некомфортно), холодная вода иногда пахла сероводородом, пару раз отключали электричество.
На кухне была красивая, но неудачная посуда, края сильно нагревались после разогрева еды в микроволновой печи. Я купила себе чашку для использования в микроволновке. Отсутствовала губка для мытья посуды, сковородки лучше поменять, готовить не стали (они не пригодны для использования). Ну и первый этаж, вечером может быть достаточно громко, нам это не сильно мешало.

Дом старый, запах подвала, очень низкий этаж, люди проходят без конца занавеску не откроешь. Могли бы капсулы для стирки одежды поставить, нету фильтра для воды, хотя бы по литр воды для начало.
