This place was an amazing location and very spacious. it was four stories, but the bottom two are still in need of renovation. However the top two gave us lots of space to spread out and was a lovely place to stay. Kai’s place was a perfect location in Bacharach, a few minutes walk to the train station and five minutes from the grocery store. Not to mention the amazing view from the Balcony overlooking the top sights in Bacharach!

Mooi stadje, goed bereikbaar met OV, fijne wandelmogelijkheden. Alle ruimte als je met 2 bent. Kleine supermarkt, lekkere bakker en leuke restaurantjes op loopafstand. Omgeving is romantisch, het pand niet. Daar had ik net ietsje meer van verwacht, dus een zesje.
Keukenvoorzieningen minimaal (magnetron en 1 inductieplaat). Schoonmaak kan beter. Geen shampoo o.i.d. aanwezig. TV werkt alleen met een Google account. Eigen verdieping (3 & 4 hoog), maar die kun je niet als unit afsluiten, alleen de individuele kamers. Als lagere verdiepingen ook verhuurd gaan worden: weinig privacy en zeer gehorig. Ik zou niet graag in m'n eentje bovenin dit verder lege pand slapen, maar evenmin dat huurders van beneden 's nachts opeens bovenaan de trap kunnen staan. Twijfels over brandveiligheid: er zijn rookmelders en brandblusser, maar het pand verlaten kan alleen via de hoofddeur op de begane grond. Gaat op een lagere verdieping of in de steeg iets mis, dan heb je volgens mij een probleem!
