Luxury stop on the Haute Route. Room and facilities were great. Pretty easy check in process. Really good breakfast.

New rooms and great breakfast included.
Self check-in. Didn't provide us with two rooms keys, quite a hassle trying to contact someone to organise a second room (which we had booked in advance).

Great location, beds were super comfortable and the rooms were a good size. The restaurant is great - both breakfast and supper were amazing. Friendly staff
The online check in didn’t work which was frustrating as we had to wait 15 minutes for someone to turn up to check us in.

the breakfast hours are not convenient. its way too early to finish the breakfast at 9. it should be at least 10 am. there were too little selections after all that advertising on the website I've expected more.
The people who work there dont speak English and it was really hard for me to communicate with them.
