Clean, well located, upstairs / downstairs design. One full bath and a half bath and pull-out sofa made it very convenient for three people. Near food court and cafes.
The kitchen cutlery/silverware and utensils need to be refreshed (there are relatively few and the few that are there are at end of life). More cups / mugs would be helpful - we contacted the host and they were kind enough to drop off two mugs. Finally, parking is a bit of an adventure trying to find parking near the apartment but I suppose that’s the nature of the location.

Very spacious, very responsive to any questions when I called or emailed, very quiet unit, and the upstairs fan was helpful. It was easily walkable and very close to bus stop 12.
The shower floor is dangerously slippery and a rubber mat would have been useful in preventing an accident. It would also have been helpful to find a welcome binder with instructions on how to use the shower, what each remote was for, how to open the windows, thermostat, towel warmer, induction stove, the lock box, and even the microwave, all of which operate differently than what I’ve experienced in the past. It would save the client and the owners time in answering separate questions. Also, the loft was quite warm for sleeping. In other units I’ve rented, they’ve provided paper towels and tissues, as well as having a basket with brochures on local things to do.
