Fanastic clean room and great location.
You have to chatch a small ferry across but it is quick and cheap. So much quieter than the main side so well worth the five minute trip.
Mohammed was great and the room was large and clean.

The host, Mohammed was so nice and caring throughout our entire stay. We booked our activities for the drivers to bring us to the dam, Philae temple, Nubian village and the next day Abu simbel at a good price with trustworthy people, no hassle. He arranged everything and made sure we are comfortable. The rooms have AC and smell very nice, place is very clean, they really look after their home and their guests. Mohammed always checked in to see if we need anything to make the stay good for us. The view from elephantine island on the terrace is absolutely gorgeous. Would recommend.
We had to wait for the motorboat across the river to go to the town, every 10-15 mins as the hotel is on an island but it wasn’t too bad, it is cheap 15 Egyptian (.25 cents) and very quick plus the beautiful view from the terrace on makes up for it
