About this house rental

Situated in Devils Lake, this attractive house for $332 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The serenity of Lincoln City awaits at this family-friendly retreat sitting just a short walk from the waves and sand. From the cozy warmth of the brick-enclose wood stove to the vaulted ceilings, this getaway has just the right amount of coastal charm for every guest to enjoy. Breathe in the salty air from the front porch with a fresh cup of coffee as you plan full days of fun. When everyone has had their fill of adventure, the full kitchen is ready for any recipe, as it is equipped with all of the appliances of home. When the stars come out, kick back on the plush sectional sofa and watch a movie on the flatscreen TV. Plus, when it is time to hit the hay, two main-level queen bedrooms and two spacious upstairs bedrooms, both with TVs and lots of natural light, give your guests lots of choices for a good night's rest. Sitting on a limited-access residential street, you will have no problem with street noise even though you are a short walk from a plethora of restaurants and attractions in town. Take a quick stroll over to the Grace Hammond Beach Access or try your luck at the Chinook Winds Casino Resort. The beautiful Connie Hansen Garden is blocks away, and you can always enjoy a peaceful walk to three nearby coffee shops for a morning pick-me-up. We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house. *Special Information: Please note that this home shares a laundry room in the garage. This vacation rental is on the second and third floors - there is a separately rented apartment with a private entrance on the ground floor. This rental is located on floor 2. Awesome location! Tide pools a must. Just a short walk to coffee. Also beach just a few blocks away. Yard great for kids/ family time. Kitchen set great for cooking and feeding our family of 11. Mattresses could have been better.

We enjoyed 4 days at the beach. My yearly boys and moms trip. The kids loved the house. It accomadated all our needs. I loved teaching all the boys how to play pool.

Great trip. Great communication. The property does have a lot of steep, narrow stairs so if someone has mobility issues it could be challenging.

I Had other things going on and wasn't able to enjoy its as much as I'd like too but it wasn't the properties fault. I'd like to come back some day to actually enjoy the time there.
