The owners vehicle is parked in the garage.  No boat trailer or RV parking allowed in the driveway per HOA guidelines. There are local storage facilities nearby to park the trailer off-site.      Pool heat is an additional cost PLUS TAX. In order to heat the pool, the additional cost must be paid.
