This is an additional non-refundable additional fee paid by the owner (not the guest) to the HOA once the reservation is made.       Service Animal/Emotional Support Pets are allowed  Must have certification in order to stay- must provide Doctor note for approval of pet.  A non-refundable cleaning fee plus tax will apply when you let us know youre bringing your dog.
