Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this two-bedroom, two-bath end residence at the St. Simons Beach Club.
Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.
In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.
All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balconies, and combined living and dining area.
Beach Club 228 is located on the ocean end, and offers beautiful ocean views from two balconies, the living room, guest bedroom, master bedroom, and dining area.
Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Sleeper Sofa
Beginning 9/6/2026, The Beach Club will be undergoing a roofing project starting just after Labor Day and continuing through November. During this time, vacation rentals are expected to remain available, and the association anticipates minimal disruption. Guests may experience some intermittent noise throughout the complex and temporary parking restrictions, while other areas of the community may not experience any noticeable impact.

Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Really enjoy St. Simons. We decided to take a quick little weekend getaway on short notice. We have stayed at this location before, and we love it. The room was a bit more dated than we expected. Would benefit from some updating and TLC. The bed and furnishings were great, just need some love on the kitchen and bath cabinets...

You need to make sure you get the front gate code from the rental company as we did not have it from them when we checked in late at night .
