โ Included essentials!! Keurig cups, cream/sugar, dish soap & sponge, toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, laundry pods, trash bags, hand soap. No need to visit the grocery store:)
โ 65" Smart Roku TV in living room, 2-43" Smart Roku TVs in bedrooms (bring your own passwords)
โ๏ธWe're on the top floor (only 32 steps), so no one is above you and better yet, nothing blocks your view!

๐SUMMER-Friday night summer concerts, weekly movies in the park, Saturday summer markets, mini golf, a variety of great restaurants, an ice cream shop, the best Italian ice, the Museum of Coastal Carolina, and of course fishing. There is so much fun packed into this family friendly island!
We strongly suggest Travelers Insurance, especially during the Hurricane Season June 1-Nov 1. We will not issue refunds unless local government authorities order mandatory evacuations.
In order to maintain the safety of our guests, we have a ring doorbell camera on the front door that will be on during your stay.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was super clean and roomy. The bed was very comfortable. The beach was super easy to get to and was very clean and uncrowded. I highly recommend staying here while in OIB.
