🛏️ 2 private bedrooms (King and Queen) + hallway bunks (Twins) + pull out queen sofa – sleeps up to 8 guests comfortably
🛁 2 full bathrooms – ideal for families or groups
🍳 Fully equipped kitchen – everything you need to cook and dine in
🌅 Private balcony with stunning sunrise & sunset views over the Gulf
🐾 Small dog friendly (under 25 lbs, $75 pet fee- see house rules for more info)

📍 Located on the 1st floor of Tower 2 (above the parking garage)
🌉 Air-conditioned skywalk connecting the towers – no need to cross busy roads

$35 – Optional second parking pass (if needed)
🐾 Pet Policy:
While we love all pups, the HOA strictly enforces a pet weight limit of 25 pounds or less.
A $75 non-refundable pet fee is included when you book (add the pups before booking)
HOA requires rabies vaccination proof and charges $50 per pet for the first week upon arrival
Please ensure your dog meets these requirements before booking.

We had a wonderful stay at this PCB condo and would absolutely return. The Gulf views were stunning — waking up to the ocean every morning and watching the sunsets from the balcony was easily the highlight of our trip. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation.The amenities really made the experience stand out. The pool and hot tub were a great way to unwind after a day at the beach. We also loved spending time at the tiki area — it created such a fun, laid-back atmosphere that truly felt like a vacation.The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, the fishing pier, and local attractions while still feeling peaceful and family-friendly. Communication was smooth throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was easy and stress-free.Overall, this condo offered the perfect combination of comfort, beautiful views, and resort-style amenities. We highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway in PCB.

This condo has everything you need and the beds were comfortable we have plenty of room. The view was beautiful and the ocean was crystal clear can’t wait to come back again!
