About this house rental
Centrally located between Nevada City and Grass Valley - only 5 minutes to each downtown. This beautifully remodeled home features a large screened in porch, a tranquil pond with waterfall fountain and a spectacular setting surrounded by tall trees and offering lovely views. The space is private, quiet, and comes with all necessities: a full kitchen, ample parking, outdoor seating + coffee! Please note: there is NO PARTYING or outside noise allowed after 9 PM on any night of the week.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The screened in back porch was a delight and the outside water feature was delightful. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would love to stay here again.

The home was in a nice and quiet area. The surroundings are beautiful. There is very limited extra towels and sheets. The blinds on the rooms are just for privacy so the sunlight came in very early so no sleeping in allowed. The kitchen had minimal items. There was one bottle opener and it was broken. We had inquired to see if we could get an earlier check in and both messages were ignored. But check out info was prompt. Overall the house is modest the the grounds and surrounding area are lovely. Due to the lack of extras and the very light sleeping spaces we wouldn’t stay there again but if those things don’t bother you it’s a great location.

We had an amazing time at this vacation rental! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook meals, and the beds were super comfortable.The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet just a couple minutes to either Nevada City and Grass Valley, restaurants, and shops. We especially loved the outdoor space; sipping coffee on the patio every morning was a highlight!Our host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, providing helpful local tips and making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. You can tell they truly care about their guests’ experience.We wouldn’t hesitate to book this place again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Coffee every morning out at the water feature was a special start to every day. We had an amazing stay. The house was spotless, and the space allowed everyone to socialize or find a quiet spot, whatever their pleasure in the moment.
