We are just a 1.3 mile walk or bike ride from Main Street. The new Ecusta Trail is a 19.4 mile greenway along an old railway runs from downtown all the way to Brevard and can be accessed just steps away from the house. This central location is a perfect hub for exploring the all the waterfalls, hiking trails, and famous viewing spots of DuPont State Forest, Pisgah National Forest, Ashville and all of WNC! The space
This bright and airy home has a huge kitchen with everything you need including a dining room table that can seat 8! The cozy sectional faces a 55" TV and gas fireplace with a door opening out to the large upper deck. This main level has a guest 1/2bath, laundry room, and master suite with king size poster bed and double sink console with tub shower for its bathroom.
Downstairs has two more bedrooms, one suited with a queen bed and the other with twin beds and 55” Smart TV. The shared bathroom has a large vanity and tub shower. The lower-level deck has hammocks and stairs to access the rolling backyard with firepit, lawn chairs, and an herb garden you can snip from. The perfect backyard for roasting hotdogs, making s’mores and playing a game of horseshoes!
