0.3mile E of Tamiami Trail(Rt 41), available for minimum 21-30 days stay,fully furnished and decorated 2nd floor end-unit, about twelve private access stair/steps to the front door, large balcony with ceiling fans,view of the lake, gourmet kitchen, A/C, W/D, walk-in closets, classic and modern furnishings, very clean spacious and luminous 1300sq ft apartment part of the Abbey on the Lake Condo Assoc and neighboring Imperial Golf Estates.
Shopping less than half mile away, all major stores, banks, restaurants nearby.
5 miles N of downtown Naples, Pelican Bay and 4 miles to Vanderbilt Beach. Desirable location with community private pool, grill area, outdoor parking surrounded by palm trees.
2 bedrooms with queen and double beds( master bedroom opens up into the balcony), 2 full bathrooms, 2 large closets, gourmet kitchen, a sunny den/ office off the kitchen with window to the street , living room with sofas, dining table, large screen Tv, sliding door onto the balcony with lake view. Since this is a corner unit, it benefits of additional light in the living / kitchen area.
Parking in front of the stairs, (designated space).
Great walks by the neighboring Imperial Golf Estates. Restaurants, shops and the Holocaust Museum are within walking distance.
The unit is all furnished and fully equipped, bed linens and towels included. Beach towels and chairs are included.
There are bike racks available.
Grills at the pool. Not suitable for very young children.The association s policy requires each rental applicant for a $150 background check fee, payable by the renter. No pets allowed by the association. No private parties.The listing' s rates are for 2 people.

The property is in a wonderful location. You can so easily and quickly get to Artis concert hall and the Baker Museum. It is 15 minutes from Bonita Arts where there are many live events and superb art classes. You are a stone’s throw from Clam Pass Park and Delnor Wiggins Pass State Park. You can quickly get to the Mercato with its Whole Foods. There’s a well stocked Publix a very short way away. Really, the location is perfect for restaurants, nature run outs, and anything else you want to do.For us two guests the condo was spacious. The master bedroom has a large walk in closet. We loved the screened porch at the back side of the condo overlooking the small lake. It was delightful to see many animals right from our porch: herons, turtles, muscovy ducks, otters. The peace and quiet and the animal parade were wonderful. The heated outdoor pool is close to the property. It is never crowded and includes a sizable wooden deck overlooking the water. The kitchen is amazingly well stocked. If you cook during your vrbo stays you will be happy here with the abundance of pots, pans, dishes, spices, tools. Elena thoughtfully left us with a good supply of dish soap, bathroom soap, toilet paper, paper towels, something we’ve noticed other hosts have not done. Elena is an excellent host. She is very reachable and responsive.

Renovated and very nice apartment. Quiet location, close to shops, restaurants, beach and public golf courses. Pleasant and positive communication with the host.
