Our host was extremely communicative! Prior, during and up to check out. Prompt at replying and very detailed information for checkin and things to know about the house. The house is huge and my family really enjoyed the pool, hot tubs and open space to hangout.

The host was very good with communications, answering questions in a timely manner.The house is very spacious with good size rooms and a common kitchen/living room area with lots of space for our family of 10. It was also conveniently located for our purposes (Safari Park, San Diego Padres ballpark, and Legoland).Things you might want to know: - There is A/C, but only on the first floor. Fortunately, it was not hot in April and there was a nice cool breeze when we opened doors/windows. There are overhead fans in the rooms and kitchen/living room which help.- The bathroom vanity counter(sinks) in the master bedroom on the second floor is higher than normal (maybe 40-42 inches) such that some people might find it a bit uncomfortable.- There is no washing machine or dryer, which would be a nice to have. But, it must be noted that they do not list that the unit has a washer/dryer.
