While the building itself could use some light renovations, the apartment is in very good condition and is bright and spotlessly clean. Even the walls are spotless, which is a rarity in my experience. There's not even any dust under the very comfortable bed.
The internet is reliable and decently fast; the hot water plentiful with great pressure; and the kitchen equipped for light cooking.
Unlike the molded plastic dining chairs so many apartment rentals have, this apartment has sturdy tubular steel chairs with light padding. You can actually sit on them for extended time without getting sore.
Location wise it's only a short walk from the riverwalk, La Costanera, to the east, and about the same to Plaza 9 de Julio to the south.
Around 9 de Julio are many restaurants and shops and the nice little Posadas Plaza Shopping mall.
All in all it is great value and Marcos is a great host. Very friendly and he cares about the comfort of his guests. (And as a bonus he speaks English).
I would book again, without hesitation.
As I mentioned above the building itself could use some light renovation but apart from that all is good; the area is decent.
