Bright, clean, secure, and SPACIOUS, with FAST internet. (200+ Mbps download / 30 upload).
It's a short walk to the beach and La Costanera (river walk) beyond.
At the beach you have a Bonafide cafe and two ice cream shops -- Grido and Luciano's.
Entry is through a small, clean and tidy commercial gym -- which I saw being used, quietly, just one time. So, being set back from the road behind the gym, the apartment is a fairly quiet place.
Jonathan, the host, seems a nice young man, and his parents live below the apartment. (They're very quiet).
Check-in / out times were very accommodating but that, as always, depends upon the timing of departing and arriving guests.
The washing machine is a bonus and detergent for it was at supplied too.
I would book again.
As is common in so many places, the lights are white LED. I much prefer the warm glow of yellow LEDs and would love to see those changed.
Also, an actual sofa in the TV room would be great. For me, the single bed, with added cushions wasn't very comfortable.
