Lovely property to stay in
Asked a few questions to host no reply . But Sykes quickly answered over problem in the area with no water . Needs more comfortable garden chairs . A clock in room . Bigger bin . A food cupboard . A really deep clean from time to time

It was very hot during the week we were there. The sun shone on the front of the holiday cottage in the morning and on the back later in the afternoon, so the sleeping area didn't get too hot.
Supermarkets were close by—less than a 5-minute drive away—and the location offered easy access to the beautiful Dartmouth harbour and many places to visit, such as Dartmoor.
While other guests might not mind, I did find it an issue: the only thing missing from the holiday home was a wok or a deep-sided frying pan. Having one would have made cooking and frying much easier. It was a challenge to prepare a meal—including a stir-fry—that catered to both a meat-eater and a vegetarian. Eating out in the UK isn't exactly cheap, so cooking for yourself now and then is recommended.

Clan, well stocked, ideally located to explore Dartmouth and the surrounding area
No fault of the owners, but be aware, the park and ride bus does not start to operate till June
