Reception service is very well, the lobby manger is nice, overall is very hygiene, planning to recommend my friends who is going to visit Guangzhou next time.
This is the apartment building, instead of a hotel like building, there will be residency in and out the building, more like a mixture of residential and commercial building.

The location very close to the metro and railway station, the room size was good.
The check-in process was unnecessarily long and inconvenient. Nowadays, most hotels offer digital check-in, but I had to wait at reception while staff took copies of my passport and asked me to sign several documents. Initially, the internet wasn't working. Staff tried to resolve the issue but were unable to fix it, and eventually, after two days, I had to be moved to another room.
Although the room had cooking facilities, absolutely no cooking utensils were provided. There were no frying pans, spoons, plates or basic kitchen essentials. I was told that I would have to purchase these items myself if I wanted to cook.
This is completely unreasonable, particularly for guests staying for several days. If a hotel advertises cooking facilities, it should provide at least the basic equipment needed to use them. Expecting guests to buy their own kitchen utensils defeats the purpose of having a kitchenette.
Overall, the staff were not particularly professional or helpful, and the experience fell short of what I expected. There is considerable room for improvement in customer service, room facilities and the overall guest experience.
