location is pretty good near a major metro station, the property itself has good service, housekeeping is great, and it is easy to get ahold of them. rooms were quite large.
The linens were clean and again service was great.
the station nearby is not quite as convenient of a station to live next to as you think - it's not super convenient to access the actual train because it's a massive indoor maze. plus, you're better off calling a rideshare instead anyways.
but the building is quite old and overpriced for what it is. microwave is not operational and no cooking/eating utensils are provided in unit. overall the walls are dirty and wallpaper peeling in some places, and the ac doesn't really work well enough to fight humidity. overall the building is just old and lobby is quite crusty. bathroom counter needed a proper clean.
