Бронювала цю квартиру заздалегідь на довгий термін, бо вона має певні переваги. Які? 1. Гарне тихе розташування на австрійському 2-му поверсі, вікна виходять у зелений двір, продуктові магазини поруч, до метро 750 метрів пішки. 2. Повноцінне 2-кімнатне житло з окремими ванною кімнатою та туалетом, що для сім'ї з дітьми важливо) 3. У помешканні є все необхідне приладдя і навіть більше. 4. Дійсно приватне паркомісце у підземному гаражі цього ж будинку за окрему прийнятну ціну; також там є ліфт — це важливо, якщо з багажем! 5. Невеличка романтична тераса зі столиком та свічковою лампою. 6. І головне — дуже послужливий господар, який прагне допомогти. Дякую за це!

Геть нічого критичного. Лише декілька порад господару для отримання 10/10: 1. Перевірте, щоб працювали всі лампочки в світильниках. 2. Прочистіть зливи у душовій кабінці та раковині, бо це критично. 3. Якщо є змога, обзаведіться дистанційним пультом відчинення гаража. Бо лише ключ — це мало комфортно. Дякую!

Große Wohnung, bequeme Betten und Couch. Haus bissl in die Jahre gekommen. Aber man hat alles was man benötigt. Küche voll ausgestattet. Balkon ist vorhanden und sehr schön gelegen.

Apartman je na dobroj lokaciji, u bkizini javnog prijevoza i dućana. Jako je dobro opremljen,a komunikacija s domaćinom ugodna i laka.
