The staff were exceptional, specially our guest relations agent Mokhi who was in contact before our arrival to offer any assistance. Another beautiful gesture from the staff was a surprise birthday cake, very thoughtful of them.
Although the property is recently renovated, the building is old and you can tell.

Nice spa and confortable beds. Some of the staff were nice.
This is definetly not a 5 stars hotel even for Uzbekistan. Having stayed in samarkand in a 5 stars this is more of a 3-4 stars.
The infrastructure is very old, you can see it’s a renovated soviet hotel, the pool water is very dirty. It takes one hour to properly heat the spa although they say it only takes 10 minutes. Breakfast is very greasy.
Quite disapointed. It’s far from the city center and the location is in the middle of an abandoned area.

"We had an excellent stay at the Wyndham Bukhara. Everything was perfect: the hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the swimming pool was beautiful and very enjoyable.
