Das Personal und der Direktor sind super freundlich und machen einem den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Einrichtung der Zimmer mit Zirbenbetten ist prima. Die Zimmer sind auch großzügig. Die Einrichtungen im Hause sind echt klasse für Familien. Das war einfach toll. Man kann ausgedehnte Wnderungen machen.
Die Fahrrad (Biking) Angebote (also Strecken usw) dürfen noch entwickelt werden.

Cena e Colazione a buffet, molto abbondate, vasta scelta per ogni gusto. Prodotti di qualità. Personale molto cortese, gentile, professionale. pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Giunti in ritardo nella struttura, hanno tenuto aperta la sala ristorante per la cena solo per noi. Molto gentili.........e poi....panorami stupendi, vista dalle camere che appaga lo spirito.
Trovato tutto ottimo. Non mi è piaciuto avere soggiornato per troppo poco tempo.

Wszystko 😃: hotel, otoczenie, personel, uprzejmość, kultura i życzliwość. Pyszne i różnorodne śniadanie, pokoje bardzo wygodne i bardzo czyste.

Bekamen ein Zimmer Upgrade und das Zimmer war sehr groß und geräumig. Die Lage ist sehr schön, halt weit weg vom Schuss aber idyllisch. Frühstück war super, super Preis - Leistungsverhältnis (großes Zimmer und tolles Frühstück für diesen Preis). Die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück war äußerst hilfreich und nett!
Rezeptions Personal war nicht besonders freundlich oder hilfreich. Unten in der Lobby/Barbereich war um 21 Uhr das Licht aus, obwohl angegeben war, dass es bis 22 Uhr offen wäre. Überhaupt wenn man mit Kindern unterwegs ist, nicht in Ordnung, wenn man nichts mehr zu trinken oder Essen (Snacks) bekommt, obwohl es so angegeben war. Man könnte dann zumindest einen SB - Automaten aufstellen.
