The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped, with everything I needed for my stay. It looks exactly like in the photos in the listing, which I really appreciated. The host was friendly, helpful and responsive.
The building and apartment felt secure, with several locked entrances before reaching the apartment.
The metro is very close, and there is also a nice area within walking distance with plenty of restaurants and places to eat.
The area gets some mixed comments in reviews, but I found it quite normal during the day. Late at night, there were some homeless people around the entrance and nearby streets, which made the surroundings feel a little less comfortable. However, there was no aggression or unpleasant interaction, and I never felt that the area was genuinely unsafe. The view from the windows was also more limited than I expected from the description, as they mainly face a narrow space between the surrounding buildings.

The accommodation was very cozy, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Communication with the host was excellent and very smooth. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and new.
The neighborhood is quite uncomfortable.
I wouldn’t say that’s unsafe but it’s disturbing.
And we had difficulties to find the entrance.
