That requires at least 30 amp electric service, sewer hook up and water hook up. 50 amp can also be booked and used. Your site must also be able to accommodate at least a 33' camper with one slide. A pull through site is even better! Camper description: 33ft bunkhouse camper. Two rear twin size bunks and queen size master. Private master with a residential queen mattress for a better nights sleep. Master is in the front end of camper and has it's own entrance door. Sitting area features couch and dinette. The dinette folds down as an additional sleeping space, the couch folds out to sleep 2. Two entrance doors one enters into master and the other into the main living area. Flat screen TV, A/C and heat, LED lights under awning. Outdoor kitchen has a small refrigerator, and a small 2 burner gas cooktop. Kitchen has a propane stove/oven and the refrigerator/freezer runs on electric OR propane. Delivery and setup include: -delivery to the campground where you made reservations -parked on your site, and slide opened -electrical hooked up -water supply and sewage hooked up -walk through with customer on usage (when needed/available) Removal of trash/cans is NOT included. We do not rent for boondocking, dry camping or off grid camping. We do not allow for generator use.
