Everything. Host, Mariam is amazing and so friendly and helpful. Can't recommend enough. Just around the corner from Budget Georgia offices for direct 8am morning bus to Mestia.

Incredible location. Easy and free parking right on the same street. A comfortable place with lots of thoughtful details to make sure you have everything you need. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, even though we never met in person.
Payment can only be made in cash, not by card. What we found particularly surprising is that we were not informed of this in advance. We were only told the night before our departure that we had to leave the exact amount in cash.
As foreigners, withdrawing cash involves a fee, and we also had to withdraw a considerable amount of money just before leaving the country. We were simply told that there was an ATM next door, but we don't think it is reasonable to pass this cost and inconvenience on to guests when this payment condition should have been communicated beforehand.
For us, this was a significant inconvenience and, honestly, we found the way this was handled very disappointing.

Excellent location, easy access to the room with the code, super clean, good amenities, friendly communication, tables in the yard for sitting.
A bit small room but absolutely no complaints. It is a good place to stay for 1-2 nights.
