The guesthouse exceeded our expectations in many ways. The host was wonderfully friendly and good fun – even more so if you have some Georgian or Russian. The breakfast was freshly prepared each day for the guests and was really superb (though note that it began only at 09:00). There is also a roof terrace with excellent views across Kutaisi. The centre of town is just around the corner.
Our shared bath- and shower room was located next to a common room and landing, but the shower itself was very good. The aesthetic is rather dated and perhaps not for everyone, but we found it charming and homely.

Location is really good, just 3 minutes walking to the center. Rooms are big, but in "old style".
It is difficult to catch the owner, he was often out. There is no reception desk. There are some problems with communication in English, it would be much easier with Russian language. Bathroom is very small and shower without curtain - it is shared for many rooms, so in full booking may apear difficulties to use it in right time.
