Warm welcome and good breakfast by the hostess. Nice views over the city and close to the cathedral. Everything was clean and in order. Good value for money
There were some works ongoing and the bed linen is quite basic. After showering the bathroom was wet.

The property has been recently renovated, and the room is comfortable and clean. Guests have access to a lovely terrace with hammocks, offering a beautiful view of Kutaisi from above. The host was very kind, waiting for us until late at night, as our flight arrived late. The breakfast is very varied, with a selection of sweet and savory options, including traditional Georgian homemade dishes. Highly recommended if you're in the area.
