4 bedrooms all with en suite or own bathroom. Lots of hot water at all times. Good sized lounge and kitchen diner. Plenty of cleaning materials in kitchen.
No welcome pack, even though we were told there would be one. The seat covers to the dining chairs need replacing.
Smell of drains in en suites and bath rooms. Poor outside space and furniture.

Good layout of the house and enough room/bathrooms for the number of people who went
Externally, pictures didn't show the steepness of the driveway, which caused issues for my elderly parent ( appreciate that is difficult to show), also not clear that it was opposite what looked like an empty commercial property.
All 8 dining room chair seats were badly damaged; there were only 5 forks to eat with, which was ok as only 5 of us went, but if we had more people, then it wouldn't have been enough. There was no welcome pack of drinks and biscuits, as stated in the owner's welcome email. No warning that the water was very hot in the showers, but we managed to work out how to turn them down; still very warm, maybe leave on a lower temperature. No instructions for any of the electrical appliances. Also, when we left, we put the rubbish sacks out, but it looked like the rubbish hadn't been collected in weeks and was a health hazard. Could have been more seats in the lounge, as there wasn't really enough room for us all to sit in there. In the bedrooms, other than a hanging rail, there was no other storage to put clothes.
