Attentive staff. Also for the price in Madrid the room was incredibly clean, comfortable and really quiet. It was exactly what I needed after a long day of travel.

Elevator did not work. I had to haul my luggage up seven flights of stairs.

Location was very good for the central station, and after the battle of trying to find where the hostel was, I was pleasantly surprised by the room that seem to be brand new with a very modern minimalist design which was very pleasing.
Instructions on how to find this hostel which was on the 7th floor of a building with very little signage outside.
