This stay is especially ideal for those who want to be at the airport quickly and easily. The train ride is less than 15 minutes; the train leaves right from and to the airport, and the walk from the station to the house is less than 5 minutes. Very, very convenient. There's a very good restaurant and a supermarket nearby (tips from the host!)
The hosts are extremely friendly, responsive and very, very helpful! I had a last-minute issue; they helped me with it without hesitation!!
There's no lift. So if you have heavy luggage ... for the rest, it's a perfect stay at a really good location

Great proximity to the airport. Rooms are very OK. Air conditioning worked!
A little expensive for not having anything but a few channels on the TV, really nothing to do, confusing check-in because you had to follow someone into the gate to find someone to check us in.

No cups for tea, short of bath towels, very tight bathroom.
