This condo was very clean and comfortable. Especially the king bed - firm but very comfy. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of dishes for a crowd. My only complaint about the available cookware was the lack of a large mixing bowl, but it was a minor inconvenience. There was a nice little pantry, so the cereal, cookies, etc, didn’t clutter the counters.
The view was perfect, which was the icing on the cake! I appreciated the personal touches of the nicely packaged soaps and kitchen supplies.
Upon arrival we found that the refrigerator/freezer wasn’t making ice. As it turned out, it was on its way to refrigerator heaven. Obviously, that was a big inconvenience. But Jamie, the property manager, bent over backwards to help make the best of the situation by bringing a small refrigerator/freezer that served our needs for the most part. She kindly put up with and addressed my many phone calls and complaints! I don’t want the fridge fiasco to completely taint my review, because it was a situation beyond anyone’s immediate control. And as I said, Jamie was quick to do all she could to help.
There is a $40 parking fee for all guests. I’ve never experienced that at properties where I’ve stayed in Orange Beach. I’m sure it is on the website somewhere, but I missed it. It would’ve been a deal breaker for me if I had seen it. I personally think paying to park on top of paying for the rental is ridiculous. I don’t know if it is a Gulf Shores thing or just this complex.
It would’ve been nice to have a hot tub.

Great location, we were able to walk to a coffee shop and ice cream place. Balcony facing the beach is a must for us, so we were very pleased with that. Washer and dryer was a life saver for a family of 6. The pool was a nice break when the waves were too rough. Overall a great place to stay.
There seemed to be water leaking from the shower doors in the main bathroom after the shower was off. Maybe trapped in the ledge and slowly just leaked out. It made a puddle right where you entered, so we just kept the foot towel down to avoid any slips. The closet door in the guest room was broken, but didn’t hinder the use of the closet.
