Wonderful apartment located on the second floor with lift of a building in Viale Giulio Cesare, located a short distance from the convenient underground stops "Lepanto" and "Ottaviano" a few steps from St. Peter's Basilica, the Vatican Museums. The apartment is furnished with a minimal design and very functional style.It consists of a large entrance hall with a beautiful marble floor characteristic of the houses in the Prati district, from here you access a first and large double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower, followed by a third double bedroom and a second bathroom with shower. A fabulous living room with parquet floors and a large eat-in kitchen complete the apartment. This splendid apartment is equipped with, washing machine, internet connection, air conditioning in all rooms and a central and well-connected location, from which it is possible to reach in a few minutes the most popular areas of Rome such as the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, thanks to the presence of the underground "Lepanto" located a few steps away. This property represents an excellent solution for a family or a group of friends who want to spend a wonderful holiday in the Eternal City.

Great location if you are going to the Vatican area. On the other hand, a walk to the Coliseum takes an hour. Our arrival was less than perfect. While we checked in at 1530, the room was not finished being cleaned until 1800. After a long travel day, this was very disappointing. A/C worked well, but the tiny water heater could not handle 5 adults getting ready in the morning. If only two travelers stayed here, it would be enough. Overall, a nice place but it could use a bit of an update.

Our family absolutley loved staying in this location. It was very close to delicious restaurants and we could easily navigate our way around the city and sites from this location. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive. They went out of their way to help book transportation for my large family and we felt very cared for. Our biggest challenge was staggering 8 different showers so that we could preserve enough warm water from the small water heater. Other than that, the apartment and facilities were very accomodating. I would stay here again and receommend this locatation or this rental agency to others.

Roomy, A/C worked well, and the beds were very comfortable. Walking distance to the Vatican and restaurants… very convenient.
