The house: Welcome to our family-friendly, luxurious, and spacious vacation home located just minutes away from the #1-rated beach in the USA, Siesta Key. The house has 5 Bedrooms, with the fifth bedroom currently set up as a dedicated workspace/office with a single bed for your convenience! The LIVING ROOM is a large space that is perfectly set up to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. With its large sectional sofa, extra comfy throw pillows, and large 65" smart TV, Samsung Bluetooth Speaker system, you can stream your favorite shows and music in full comfort The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, induction cooktop, built-in microwave/oven, and dishwasher. You'll have everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, from pots and pans to mixing bowls, storage containers, knives, cutting boards, cups, plates, and silverware. There is an informal breakfast table that can seat 4 people. A separate DINING area features a dedicated space that is perfect for gathering family and friends over a delicious meal, the table can easily seat 6 people, and you can pull up a few chairs to seat more. Three of the bedrooms have King size beds and the fourth bedroom has a queen-size bed. Fifth has a workspace with single bed. House is equipped with a smart lock, and you'll receive a personal access code prior to check-in. Guests have access to the entire house, including the front and back yards, and covered parking space area can enjoy the quiet side street neighborhood or head out to one of the several delicious restaurants nearby. Clean and inviting with a great layout. 4 large bedrooms pretty much separated with 3 large modern bathrooms. Lots of space in kitchen and dining room with seating for 10. We loved the screened porch with another large dining table and comfortable seating. The pool was always cool and the perfect size after a day at the beach. Also, there is plenty of parking. We’ll definitely be back!

Our family (dad, mom, 2 daughters, son-in-law, and 2 grandchildren) enjoyed this home very much. It is located in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping, beaches, and parks. It is ideally suited for several adult couples or two/three family units. We enjoyed the heated pool daily. The towel drying rack was a nice bonus! The kitchen is very well stocked with appliances, dining, and serving wares, including a Bosch dishwasher! We ate and relaxed in the enclosed patio often. Two tables for six and a kitchen table for four offered multiple dining options. Large sleeping rooms provided comfortable beds and sheets. The office was a plus for my husband's business calls. Updated bathrooms were clean and offered adequate toweling. Parking space for up to four cars. Might I suggest a bunk or twin bed arrangement in one of the bedrooms, or switch out the office to this option? The home decor offers tranquility and relaxation, as does the open floor plan. The owner was quick to respond to questions. We loved this home and hope to return! Thanks again for a wonderful week!

This house was absolutely perfect! I spent 4 nights there with my grown children. Large bedrooms - most with king sized beds and everyone in our party had a private bath! Great pool. Great kitchen. Plenty of room and very clean. Minutes to Siesta Key beach and close to so many great spots to grab drinks or food. I would definitely stay here again.
