However, guests will be provided a parking pass upon check in allowing 1 vehicle to be parked downtown in any of the 6 designated parking lots (2 of which are only 600’ from the unit). To access this unit, guests will use a shared exterior entrance off Lincolnway. Once inside the building, there will be a keyless entry code to the unit with the code provided the morning of your scheduled arrival. The entire apartment is all yours! Guests must climb a full flight of stairs to get into the unit • Those who are not able bodied will NOT be able to easily navigate the unit; the age of the apartment does not render it handicap equipped. Extra guests are not allowed. • We value our relationship with our neighbors and fellow tenants, so events/gathering/parties are not to be held by guests. • In order to keep the unit in excellent condition for future guests, we are firm on these rules.
