This Space This 3386 SqFt custom home offers 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, living room, family room, formal dining room, a game room and back yard with, saltwater pool, hot tub, fire pit, multiple outdoor sitting areas and stunning panoramic views. Bed/Bath Set Up: Sleeps 16 and has a crib and pack n play for todlers. Bedroom #1-(Main Level) Features 1 King and 2 Twin Beds Bedroom #2-King Bed Bedroom #3-Bunk Bed-Full/Full Bedroom #4-2 Full Beds Bedroom #5-King Bed Bathroom #1-Full Bath w/ Stand Up Shower, Dual Vanity Bathroom #2-Full Bath w/ Stand Up Shower, Dual Vanity Bathroom #3-Full Bath w/ Stand Up Shower, Dual Vanity Bathroom #4-Full Bath w/ Tub/ Shower combo Game Room: Located in the garage. Get competitive in a game of pool, ping pong or foosball. Outdoor Area: Relax with your family and friends outside in our lavish backyard. Take a dip in the pool, soak in the hot tub, lounge by the pool and enjoy the fire pit as you take in the view. POOL/SPA It is optional to heat the pool. If you want the pool heated, we have a 3-day minimum. There is an additional fee to heat the pool. Prices vary depending on the time of year. Oct-Feb: $175per day /3 consecutive day minimum. March-May: $125 per day/3 consecutive day minimum. June and Sept: $100 per day /3 consecutive day minimum. July and Aug: $75 per day/3 consecutive day minimum. (you most likely won't need the pool heated in July and August. The pool temperature is warm and usually in the low to mid 80's). Please Note: We don't heat the pool past 85 degrees. Pool temp can vary depending on weather conditions. We can make an exception however it does cost more. Tampering with the pool heat or accidentally turning it on will have a $150 per day fee. PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH THE POOL EQUIPMENT OUTSIDE. It will disable the system causing nothing to work. Please note: It is common to see debris at times in the pool. The pool vacuum will grab it or you can use the skimmer if you want to manually do it. You cannot heat the pool and the spa at the same time. We first heat the pool to temp then you can turn on/off the spa when needed. The spa is free however when you're not using it, it needs to be shut off so the pool can filter. It's also on a 1hr 30 min timer. Pool Vacuum must stay in the pool at all times. It may not be removed or disconnected whatsoever otherwise the pool equipment will get air and need to be replaced. Guests will be responsible for replacement if left unplugged or out of pool. No Glassware is allowed near the pool area for safety. Pool Vacuum-Please Note: Do not take the pool vacuum out of the pool (That includes part of the hose or the whole thing). Doing so will damage the pool equipment!! If it happens, we may not be able to fix during your stay. This information is also in the house rules section. House was spacious and very comfortable for 10 guests, great neighborhood. 25-30 minutes from downtown and beaches. Kids loved the pool and game room. Would definitely stay here again!

This home was great, we were visiting our hometown and having this house worked out perfect for us 9 adults and one child for our guest to stop by and see us and visit out on the Back deck. It’s equipped with so much that you don’t need to bring anything but clothes. The owners were very attentive to messages. Perfect place for being entertained also. Just perfect overall, will stay here again if in San Diego.

The pool and hot tub were amazing and there were plenty of beds for everyone staying. The host was super good at communicating with us and made everything so easy!

Extremely well equipped and stocked. We were just looking for a place that would accommodate a large family group but were pleasantly surprised with all extras. We would highly recommend for family groups of 10 - 14 Pool table, ping pong table, foosball, all new. Hot tub, pool, barbecue area with all you need. Best VRBO we have stayed in.
